DESCRIPTION

A veteran of Underwire Festival (she won the XX Award in 2014), and having currently premiered her feature film debut Mari at the BFI London Film Festival, writer-director Georgia Parris is a beacon of hard work, talent and singular vision. Incorporating a fascination with dance and movement, her short films are visually driven, empowering tales of women finding themselves, and becoming comfortable and confident with who they truly are.
